Be Involved is a Swindon and Wiltshire initiative that enables employers to support the employability of young people in our community and the future workforce. The aim is to create a directory of businesses and other organisations who pledge to work together to support local schools and those with significant barriers to work and offer apprenticeships, traineeships and supported internships.
