We are happy to announce the launch of a newly expanded seated sports programme for anyone aged 50 +
The new 2019 programme launches in January, adding 5 new venues across Wiltshire.
The Seated Sports sessions offer traditional sports from a seated position, allowing participants to enjoy low-intensity, physical activity in a fun and social environment.
Sessions will be held at village or community halls and are an hour in length, costing just £3 per person, per session.
This pilot programme is funded by Lace Up Wiltshire and ACRE and supported by Wiltshire Council.
Be Involved is a Swindon and Wiltshire initiative that enables employers to support the employability of young people in our community and the future workforce. The aim is to create a directory of businesses and other organisations who pledge to work together to support local schools and those with significant barriers to work and offer apprenticeships, traineeships and supported internships.
