Camp runs from Monday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm, starting from Monday, 26 July and finishing on Thursday, 19 August 2021.
We will be based in the school hall at Hungerford Primary School and the children will be looked after by Innov8 Sportz’s fully qualified and DBS checked Coaches and Carers. There will be lots of activities for the children to do, such as cooking, sports, games and arts and crafts, as well as lots of time to play indoors and outdoors.
A morning snack and lunch will be provided.

What measures have been put in place to minimise the transmission of COVID-19?
Innov8 Sportz CIC follows up to date Government guidelines to make our environment COVID-19 Secure for children, staff and parents. Places are limited to ensure suitable social distancing measures can be observed. Rigorous cleaning procedures maintained. Regular handwashing and sanitizing takes place throughout the day. We will make use of outside spaces to spend as much time as possible outdoors. We will record your child’s temperature on arrival at Camp. Children with a high temperature will not be admitted. You should not send your child to Camp if they seem at all unwell.
Where do we drop off and pick up the children?
Families should line up 2 meters apart on the pavement on South View opposite the top gate (nearest the school’s main reception) into the school car park.
What should the children wear?
The children will need to wear loose clothing and suitable footwear, e.g. trainers. Clothing should be freshly laundered and only worn once before being rewashed.
What should they bring with them?
They should bring a jumper or hoodie, a water bottle and a sun hat. Children should not bring toys or electronic devices with them. Children are not able to use mobile phones on site.
What will they be doing?
They will take part in some fun physical activity sessions as well as having the opportunity to relax, play together safely and explore the chosen topic for camp through a range of quality, learning activities.
What food is provided?
A range of pre-packed healthy snacks are provided and a fully balanced, nutritious lunch (prepared in line with school meals guidelines) will be served. We can make arrangements to accommodate specific dietary needs.

Does my child need to come every day?
Once your booking is made and your child has been added to an Innov8 Sportz C.I.C register, we will expect your child to attend Camp for each of the four days. If your child is sick, please call the organiser on the Camp mobile 07827 220308 by 9am.
In the event of an Innov8 Sportz C.I.C session being cancelled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, parents/carers will be contacted via the emergency telephone number they have provided. The decision to cancel a session due to weather or unsafe conditions lies with Innov8 Sportz C.I.C.
