These cricket sessions are open to KS2 children and run on Thursdays from 29 April to 27 May 2021 straight after school until 4pm on the school playing fields.

What measures have been put in place to minimise the transmission of COVID-19?
Innov8 Sportz CIC follows up to date Government guidelines to make our environment COVID-19 Secure for children, staff and parents/carers. Places are limited to ensure suitable social distancing measures can be observed. Rigorous cleaning procedures maintained. Regular hand sanitizing takes place throughout the sessions. The session will take place outside. We will record your child’s temperature on arrival. Children with a high temperature will not be admitted. You should not send your child to a session if they seem at all unwell.
Where do we pick up the children?
Parents/Carers should line up 2 meters apart at the main school gates on Fairview Road. You will be met by the Innov8 Sportz team who will hand over the children. Parents/Carers will not be able to access the school grounds at any time during the session.
What should the children wear?
The children will need to wear loose clothing and suitable footwear, e.g. trainers. Clothing should be freshly laundered.
What should they bring with them?
They should bring their belongings from school out to the playing fields with them, including a full water bottle. Children should not bring toys or electronic devices with them. Children are not able to use mobile phones on site.

Does my child need to come to all of the sessions?
Once your booking is made and your child has been added to our register, we will expect your child to attend all of the sessions. If your child is sick or cannot attend for any other reason, please call or the organiser on 07810 508597 before 3pm on the day. Innov8 Sportz CIC will not be able to refund fees for sessions missed.
In the event of an Innov8 Sportz C.I.C session being cancelled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, parents/carers will be contacted by the school or via the emergency telephone number they have provided. The decision to cancel a session due to weather or unsafe conditions lies with Innov8 Sportz CIC.
