For the first time, we are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of childcare places at Hungerford Primary School over October Half Term!!

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, it has been necessary to make alterations to our provision, including the days we will be running and the hours we will be open.   Please accept our sincere apologies if these temporary changes affect you.  The decision to alter the service was made with the best interests of the children and our staff at heart.

More information:

Camp runs from 8am to 5pm on Monday to Thursday starting from Monday, 26 October and finishing on Thursday, 29 October 2020, inclusive.

Based in the large school hall at Hungerford Primary School, Innov8 Sportz at Hungerford Primary provides school day and extended day booking options, fully qualified and DBS checked Coaches and Carers and the opportunity for the children to make the best of the extensive school grounds.

What sessions are available?

Sessions available:

Full Day (08:00-17:00) – £30.00, including breakfast and snacks.

School Day (09:00-15:00) – £25.00, including snacks.

What measures have been put in place to minimise the transmission of COVID-19?

Innov8 Sportz CIC follows up to date Government guidelines to make our environment COVID-19 Secure for children, staff and parents.  Places are limited to ensure suitable social distancing measures can be observed.  Rigorous cleaning procedures maintained.  Regular handwashing takes place throughout the day.  We will make use of outside spaces to spend as much time as possible outdoors.  You should not send your child to Camp if they seem at all unwell.

What should the children wear?

The children will need to wear loose clothing and suitable footwear, e.g. trainers.  Clothing should be freshly laundered and only worn once before rewashed.

What should they bring with them?

They should bring a warm coat, jumper, Wellington boots (in addition to trainers or similar), a water bottle and a packed lunch.  Children should not bring valuable toys or electronic devices with them.  Children are not able to use mobile phones on site.

What will they be doing?

They will take part in some fun physical activity sessions as well as having the opportunity to relax, play together safely and explore the chosen topic for camp through a range of quality, learning activities.

What food is provided?

A range of pre-packed healthy snacks are provided and we can make arrangements to accommodate specific dietary needs. Parents only need to provide a packed lunch. Breakfast and an afternoon snack are provided for Full Day bookings.

What’s the refund policy?

Once your booking is made and your child has been added to an Innov8 Sportz C.I.C register, we will expect your child to attend on the day/s allocated to them. Fees paid in advance cannot be returned for days unattended, even if your child is sick. Your booking forms a contract, and you are liable for all outstanding fees relating to your booking.  In the event of an Innov8 Sportz C.I.C session being cancelled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions, parents/carers will be contacted via the emergency telephone number they have provided. The decision to cancel a session due to weather or unsafe conditions lies with Innov8 Sportz C.I.C. Fees will not be waived or returned in these circumstances.

How do I pay by Childcare Voucher?

Please email us at info.innov8sportzcic@gmail.com  to let us know if you would like to pay by childcare vouchers and the name of your voucher provider. If we do not already hold an account with this provider we may need to contact you further.
